OKR には Objective と Key Result がある。
Objective は定性的な目標。
Key Result は定量的な指標で、一つの Objective に複数の Key Result が対応する。
Key Result が全て満たされている状態が Objective が達成されている状態である。
この際に、 Key Result は何かが達成された状態を指す。
Perdoo は Objective を達成するために必要な仮説であり、施策であるアクションのことを Initiative とよんでいる。
OKR の利用において Key Result の内容が Initiative になってしまっているということがよくあるようです。
